Here's a great blog post about a guy who just had Verizon's fiber-optic internet service installed in his house. Just like any of us, you can bet he was sitting outside watching like a kid waiting for his birthday present. Can you blame him?

Check out his post. The conclusion of the pieces seems a little anticlimactic when he seems very matter-of-fact about his transfer speeds, but the post gives some interesting insight into the installation process.

I can't wait until this is available in my area!
